Hi all, I always do email students before school reopens and this time is no exception. I want to remind all of you few things when I see all of you on first day of school:
1. Neat haircut, students with improper hairstyle and colour will be sent home. No excuse this time
2. Proper attire. I dont see why you cannot tuck in your shirt and wear your nametag
3. Greetings. Good mannerism makes you a beautiful person
4. Report Book. Get it signed and return to Form Teacher
5. Time to sleep early so you can adjust your biological clock to normal school time if you have been sleeping late during June holidays
6. Semester 2 is always tense and short. Time to get serious with your studies especially those who did not do well in Semester 1
7. Spend a day to plan your personal revision timetable in order to cope with high stress level coming your way
8. Do not come back to school with the mentality that last minute work still a solution to your academic problems
Mr David Leong and myself will be at the school gate to receive you. Dont be the special one for all the wrong doings. We do not like to yell at students at all if you have not noticed, am I right Sec 3s? Finally, I hope all of you have enjoyed your holidays, school is always the best place to be because it is where all your friends meet without calling, planning or smsing. Please bear in mind there will be changes to timetable and teachers teaching you. Accept these changes with well wishes. Teachers always enjoy teaching positive classes even though noise level can be high at time. And yes, please smile more as it cost nothing to you, however you gain plenty of values from it.
